Goregaon East
Goregaon is located in the Northern part of the Mumbai city and it is well connected mode of transportation such as taxis, buses, auto-rickshaws, trains. In this area centrally railway station available at Goregaon. At Goregaon East, you will get Film City it is known as shooting hub of Indian film industry. Here has 3 bus depot, one is Goregaon esat, Goregaon west and other is railway station. The suburb area was sparsely populated with residential localities, Lokmanya Tilak Jawahar Nagar, Bangur Nagar, Shastri Nagar, Motilal Nagar and many more nagar or colony are located.
The housing boom of the 1980s has seen expansion in terms of real estate and population density. On the East of Goregaon, founded some new areas such as Yashodham, Dindoshi, Saibaba Complex, Gokuldham, Film City Road, etc. Goregaon East has developed new area it’s name as New Dindoshi consisting of the Nagari Nivara Parishad.
