Nagpur is the second capital of Maharashtra state as well as the winter capital of the state. Nagpur is a city located at the center part of India and also a largest city of center in India. Nagpur is famous for its oranges and known as orange city in India and tiger land of Maharashtra state.

In Nagpur currently new international cricket ground available and it’s name has Vidarbha Cricket Association Stadium. The VCA stadium is built in year 2008 and it is test cricket ground in Nagpur. VCA is newest ground India as well as it is best ground in country. VCA stadium is located at Jamtha, Nagpur. It is the home ground of Vidarbha and Central Zone teams for domestic Ranji and Duleep Trophy.

In Nagpur, old VCA and main stadium is located in civil lines in Nagpur City. The new VCA Stadium is 15 KM away from Nagpur city. The Capacity of this stadium is approx 45,000 peoples can sit here. The history of opening match on this ground is 4th test match of series between India and Australia dated on 6 November 2008.

“Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar International Airport (IATA: NAG)” is only international airport of Nagpur city. It is record that Multimodal International Hub Airport in India and it’s work started in year 2005. The airport everyday handles 4500 passengers and 12 domestic and 1 international destination flights.
